What's needed for our site to enable KONE SiteFlow?

SiteFlow works with current elevator portfolio. KONE will add IoT data connectivity for the elevators. It enables us to collect status information and send control signals such as remote  calls or floor locks settings to the elevators.

Do I need to do something for the installations?

No. KONE will take care of the needed installations and configuration.

Do I need to setup SiteFlow on my own servers?

No. The solution is fully cloud-based SaaS service and taken care by KONE, eliminating the need for software installations from the customer.

Are there mobile applications available?

KONE SiteFlow is build with a responsive web platform easy to use with any modern internet enabled device.The web application can be installed as an app icon on your phone home screen.
